Investigating change - Update [Science 2 > Investigating change > Activities > What is happening in these experiments?]
The last piece of this particular jigsaw is now in place with the addition of the final activity
The activity offers an open format in which children are supported (by the video and wordbank) in expressing their ideas about the effects being demonstrated.
Learning path - Endangered animals [Science 2 > Learning paths > Animals]
· A path that offers an excellent way of supporting children's work on a particular theme.
· The path brings together a number of resources on a theme that is very well represented on the service
Word machine - Correction [Foundation > Literacy > Word machine]
We have taken out reference to "jar" and "car" from the activities for middle "a" sounds. Neither word is a CVC word "ar" is a diagraph.
Many thanks to colleagues who took the time to point this one out to us. It is really helpful (and apparently necessary) that we have this further level of scrutiny.

SECONDARY
ICT Nationals
The secondary ICT consultants would like to set up a forum for those delivering,
or considering, ICT Nationals (similar to the one for DiDA) where colleagues
can come together to discuss issues and pass on good ideas. If you think this
is a good idea and would like to be part of this forum, please contact either
Barbara Hitchcox or Tracy Tierney.
Best wishes,
The ICT Advisory Team
